There are many reasons why brides and grooms choose to have the beautiful sky lantern as a feature at their wedding. Most people consider them to be an interesting and special alternative to a firework display. They provide a wonderful finale to any event, not because they are dazzling (which they are) nor because they create a stunning spectacle, nor because they allow guests to participate in their launch. The reason why wish lanterns are so unique to any other light display, is because they create a feeling of calm and peace from the moment they are lit to the point at which you just begin to lose sight of them as they disappear into the sky.
