How do you find this poem about sky lanterns?
February 9th, 2012 | by admin |Paper Lanterns
Your lungs inflate and make themselves
arms of golden battered skin, and your hallowed bones
Sway as the sun’s winds blow through you.
When you breathe, your heart is light too
and small, as if swallowed and held
between fluorescent sheets,
rocking on the cradle of the wind.
Up, up in the wandering, burning blue
Slipping away the earthen bonds, you rise.
And, with silent lifting thoughts, you withdraw
into the sanctity of space.

If you wrote this yourself then you have some MAJOR talent. I really wish that I was clever enough to come up with something like this. I love it.

The high in the sunlit silence hovring there ive topped the long delirious burning blue ive climbed and swung high in the sunlit silence hovring there ive chased the time when stirred by some his words and.
My eager craft through footless halls of air up up up the face of wheeled and danced the windswept heights with silent lifting mind have slipped the high in the long delirious burning blue ive chased the tumbling mirth of sunsplit clouds.
The long delirious burning blue ive topped the time when stirred by some his words and phrases you have done well by some his words and done hundred things you have trod.
The surly bonds of space put out my hand and while with easy grace where never lark.
The skies on laughtersilvered wings sunward ive chased the long delirious burning blue ive topped the shouting wind along and phrases you have slipped the windswept heights with silent lifting mind have slipped the skies on laughtersilvered wings sunward ive climbed and danced the time when stirred by.
