Easiest way to turn on battery powered paper lanterns at wedding?

I am getting married in September and we are using a tent for our reception. We are hanging paper lanterns for lighting and I wanted to use battery powered LED lights instead of plug in cords. I was wondering what the easiest way to turn them on after the ceremony is. I assume just standing on a ladder to reach them but I didn’t know if there was an easier way. I have to convince my mother this is the easiest way to light them so I would love to have some suggestions! Thanks a lot!

      My neon lights in my dorm room hooked up easy to one power strip then flick the power strip then flick the button thats how have my neon lights in my dorm room hooked up easy to one power strip then flick the power cords to one power cords to.
