Does anyone know where I can find some candle lanterns?

I am looking for 40 of these lanterns that I found on e-bay. They are ivory and glass and about 10 inches high. I want to use them for my centerpieces at my wedding but the shipping prices are outrageous. Does anyone know of any stores that would carry these?
