Are there really AA batteries inside a V lantern battery?

I saw a video online that shows a person tearing apart a 6V lantern battery and finding 32 AA batteries inside. It sounded serious, so I was wondering if it’s true. Thanks.

      It might be, never opened one up. If you open a 9v battery you will find 6 AAAA batteries inside.
